Whether you’re arriving by car, bus, or on foot, getting to the Edge Festival is all part of the adventure. Here’s how to find your way to the heart of the action:
🚗 By Car
Solva is located on the A487 between St Davids and Haverfordwest. If you’re using a sat nav, plug in SA62 6XW. There will be clear signage as you approach the village, and stewards will guide you to designated festival parking areas.
From Cardiff:
Take the M4 westbound, then follow the A40 to Haverfordwest. From there, take the A487 towards St Davids and follow signs to Solva.
From Swansea:
Head west on the A48, then join the A40 to Haverfordwest. Continue on the A487 to Solva.
🅿️ Parking
There is ample free parking available adjacent to the festival site. Look out for signage on feather banners as you enter the village. While there is no charge, volunteer stewards from Solva AFC will be operating a bucket collection for donations—your generosity is deeply appreciated.
🏕️ Camping
The Edge Festival offers both weekend and day camping options, conveniently located right next to the festival grounds. Camping passes can be purchased directly through Eventbrite, or added on when you buy your festival tickets.
🚌 By Bus
The T11 bus runs between Haverfordwest and St Davids, with a stop in Solva—just a short stroll from the festival site. Be sure to check local timetables in advance.
🕺 Edge Festival Shuttle Service
During Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, we will operate a dedicated bus loop to and from St Davids, with a final journey each night going on to Haverfordwest. Please note this is a paid service, and pre-booking is strongly advised. A booking link will be available here shortly.
🚶 On Foot or By Bike
If you’re staying nearby, Solva is a beautiful place to walk or cycle into. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path runs right through the village, offering stunning views as you arrive.
